OUR STUDIO
We offer one on one private instruction as well as ongoing small group classes.
We recommend you begin with our unique "fundamentals" session where you will learn  (or review) the basics such as the correct breathing, spinal alignment, body placement, an movements found in classes or on the apparatus.  This introduction, which is done by appointment at your convenience, is an individualized session with your instructor.  You will have the opportunity to experience the Pilates method privately to help you identify your strengths, your limitations, postural habits, muscle imbalances,etc.  This will also give you a chance to discuss your goals and concerns with your teacher so that together we can design a plan for you.  At the same time, you can check out the studio and the teachers and make sure that you are comfortable with the atmosphere and our teaching style.
