MAT-A series of challenging, well-balanced movements performed on floor mats, with no impact on joints nor reliance on exercise equipment. This workout that will challenge your body and focus your mind, while building long, strong and flexible muscles.
(participation in this class requires previous Pilates experience or our private "intro" session)                                                              

MAXSTABILITY-CBT(core,butt, thighs) Exclusive to Pilates On The Edge and Pilates On The Edge West!!!!
Taking Pilates in all dimensions,MAX...CBT is a multi-planar, mixed method class.  We take traditional Pilates movements and put them in different dimensions, then blend them with effective fitness techniques to achieve increased strength, toned lean muscles, improved balance and flexibility....A TOTAL BODY WORKOUT to tone, tighten, strengthen, and sculpt  specifically sequenced to BLAST FAT!!!  ALL with no impact on your joints!!!!

YOGA - A 90 min. vinyasa based class where flowing postures are linked with breath as you focus inward and gain flexibility, strength and endurance. (available to all levels)

TRX - TOTAL BODY WORKOUT!!  Suspension training class using uniquely designed straps and your own bodyweight to boost your metabolism, build strength, balance, flexibility, AND BURN FAT!!!  Appropriate for all fitness levels.

SMALL GROUP SESSIONS- may include

(participation in all apparatus classes require previous Pilates experience or 3 private sessions or our basic training series when available)
TOWER- A Cadillac workout in a small group setting!! The springs of the “tower” help you to articulate, stretch & stabilize the spine. You will exert a higher level of muscle control while gaining a deeper level of flexibility! 
                                           
REFORMER -    Train your body, align your back & neck, challenge your deep core muscles.. Use the resistance of your body weight and the springs of the  reformer to transform your body!!! An affordable alternative to private sessions!!!!

JUMP BOARD - These classes add an high energy cardio component to your core strengthening reformer class. 
A high energy and FUN way to get it all DONE!!!!!

INSTRUCTOR'S CHOICE - A dynamic & challenging class where your teacher selects the format for the hour.  This can include tower, reformer, chair, mat, etc.  "You never know what you're gonna get!!!!"

CHAIR - This heart pumping session combines strength, balance, endurance and core stability working on the Pilates chair.
